We are looking for someone who is dependable, professional, and passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and has a strong understanding of dental insurance and front office operations. Key Responsibilities Welcome and check patients in and out with professionalism and courtesy. Answer incoming calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule. Verify dental insurance eligibility, benefits, and patient financial responsibility. Obtain pre-authorizations and assist with treatment plan coordination. Collect co-pays, deductibles, and outstanding balances. Maintain accurate patient records and update demographic information. Confirm appointments and follow up with patients as needed. Communicate effectively with the doctor and clinical team to ensure a positive patient experience. Perform additional front office duties to support the smooth operation of the practice. Qualifications Previous dental front office experience preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance verification and treatment estimates. Experience with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, or similar practice management software is a plus. Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently. Positive attitude, dependable attendance, and a strong work ethic.
