We are seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our clients, you will help create a welcoming and supportive environment while assisting our therapists, psychiatric provider, and administrative team with daily office operations. Responsibilities Welcome clients and visitors with professionalism and compassion. Answer incoming phone calls and respond to client inquiries. Schedule, reschedule, and confirm therapy, psychiatric, and PRP appointments. Check clients in and out for appointments. Verify and update client demographic and insurance information. Assist with intake paperwork and maintain accurate client records. Scan, upload, and organize documents within our electronic health record (EHR) system. Communicate effectively with clients, clinicians, psychiatric providers, and referral sources. Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect client confidentiality. Keep the reception area clean, organized, and professional. Support general administrative duties and daily office operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Previous experience as a medical receptionist, front desk receptionist, administrative assistant, or customer service representative preferred. Experience in a behavioral health or medical office is a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Professional phone etiquette. Comfortable learning electronic health record (EHR) systems and Microsoft Office. Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented. Schedule Full-Time and Part-Time positions available Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation Starting at $15.00 per hour Why Join All Minds Matter?
