We are dedicated to providing exceptional patient care and service while maintaining a positive and supportive work environment for our employees. Role Description Kalkstein Chiropractic is seeking a full-time Medical Front Office Administrator for our Towson office. The Medical Front Office Administrator will be assisting in the daily operations of the front office. This includes coordinating patient care plans, scheduling, insurance verification, collection of copays, coinsurances, and deductibles, managing medical records, and ensuring that the front office runs smoothly. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years experience in a medical front office. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills with patients, providers, and staff. Knowledge of medical terminology, medical billing, and insurance verification processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and electronic medical records. Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work as a team and independently Ability to maintain confidentiality of patient information. Bachelor's degree is a plus. Candidate must include a cover letter to be considered for the position.
