Coastal Aesthetics | York, Maine Coastal Aesthetics is looking for a friendly, polished, organized, and dependable Part-Time Front Desk team member to join our practice. This role is focused on creating a welcoming patient experience, supporting scheduling and checkout, answering phones and messages, and helping keep the front desk running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

Greet and check in patients Answer phones, texts, and general patient inquiries Schedule and confirm appointments Check patients out and process payments Assist with rebooking future appointments Help communicate current promotions, memberships, and basic service information Maintain accurate patient information Assist with retail skincare purchases after training Keep the front desk and reception area organized and welcoming Support providers and the rest of the team with day-to-day front office needs Maintain patient confidentiality and follow HIPAA requirements

We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, professional, and personable Reliable and punctual Highly organized and detail-oriented Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment Confident speaking with patients in person and by phone Comfortable discussing pricing, promotions, and rebooking Able to learn scheduling software and office systems quickly Team-oriented and willing to help where needed Interested in aesthetics, skincare, and patient experience

Preferred Experience:

Previous experience in any of the following is a plus: Medical spa or aesthetic practice Dermatology or plastic surgery office Medical or dental front desk Salon or spa Hospitality Retail or customer service Previous medical aesthetics experience is preferred but not required . We are happy to train the right person with strong customer-service skills and a professional, positive attitude.

Schedule:

Part-time position at our York, Maine office. Thursday and Friday availability is strongly preferred.
