Job Description
We are seeking an experienced full time receptionist with excellent customer service skills for a busy orthopedic surgery office. Duties include checking patients in and out, answering telephones, scheduling appointments and verifying insurance benefits. Will also help surgical coordinator as needed. Must be able to multi-task and pay attention to detail. We offer a great work environment with a competitive salary and great benefits. Qualifications Proven experience in a medical office setting, particularly in orthopedic surgery Strong customer service skills with a focus on patient interaction Proficient in medical administrative support and managing medical records Familiarity with EHR systems Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office and multi-line phone systems
