Arabic Speaking Medical Receptionist

Heights Family Medicine is seeking an experienced Medical Receptionist to join our busy primary care practice in Dearborn Heights. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a medical office and must be fluent in both Arabic and English to assist our diverse patient population. This role requires someone who is professional, organized, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment. Responsibilities Greet and check in patients in a friendly and professional manner Schedule and confirm patient appointments Answer incoming phone calls and respond to patient inquiries Verify insurance and collect patient demographics Check patients out and schedule follow-up visits Manage referrals, documents, and incoming faxes Maintain accurate patient information within the EMR system Support providers and clinical staff with front office needs Qualifications Previous medical receptionist or medical office experience required Fluent in Arabic and English Experience with electronic medical records (Athenahealth preferred) Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy clinic Professional attitude and reliability Job Details Full-time position
