In this dynamic position, you will serve as a compassionate liaison between patients, medical providers, and administrative staff. Your proactive approach and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for everyone involved, fostering trust and delivering exceptional support in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Duties Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to ensure timely care delivery. Communicate effectively with patients to gather medical histories, explain procedures, and provide appointment reminders. Assist with medical administrative tasks such as scheduling, data entry, and maintaining accurate patient records. Support clinical staff by managing patient flow and preparing necessary documentation for appointments. Utilize medical terminology accurately to facilitate clear communication among healthcare providers and patients. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing patient inquiries and resolving scheduling conflicts promptly. Collaborate with the healthcare team to streamline office operations and improve patient experience. Requirements Prior experience working in a medical or office setting is highly preferred. Strong knowledge of medical terminology and home healthcare procedures. Proven ability to support medical administrative functions efficiently. Office experience demonstrating excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Familiarity with dental office workflows is a plus but not required. Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
