Your Mission As a Parts Inventory Control Specialist, you'll keep our parts operation running at full throttle—protecting accuracy, speed, and customer satisfaction from the back counter to the dock. This entry-level role exists to ensure parts inventory is controlled, claims are handled cleanly, and returns move smoothly.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing warranty parts returns, parts claims, and monthly factory returns Maintaining accurate inventory counts and supporting parts counter sales Verifying shipments against manifests/invoices, recording discrepancies, and preparing items for shipping Determining shipping methods/routes and tracking charges, weights, and space needs Handling materials movement and stocking supplies; other duties as assigned
