As the first point of contact for our patients, you'll play an essential role in making every visit smooth, personal, and positive. Our front office team is an important part of that mission. What You'll Do Welcome every patient with professionalism, warmth, and a smile. Answer incoming phone calls while providing exceptional customer service. Schedule appointments that support each therapist's Plan of Care. Verify insurance benefits and obtain prior authorizations. Collect patient information and assist with registration. Help maintain an organized and efficient front office. Communicate effectively with therapists and teammates throughout the day. Assist wherever needed to help the clinic run smoothly. We're Looking For Someone Who... Loves helping people. Enjoys building relationships with patients. Qualifications Required High School Diploma or GED Excellent customer service and communication skills Strong organizational and computer skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Previous medical reception or healthcare experience Experience with scheduling or insurance verification. Knowledge of electronic medical records.
