Essential Job Functions:
Completes administrative/receptionist tasks. Pre-appoints all dental patients. Answers telephone and schedules appointments according. Receives patients and answers questions, in person and by telephone; responds to inquiries of patients and others and refers, when necessary, to the appropriate person, official or department. Performs patient collections, treatment planning, and insurance coding Operates printer, fax, scanner, and other office machines as required. Prepares outgoing mail. Duplicates and distributes front desk dental materials. Composes, types, and edits correspondence, reports, memoranda and other material. Assists public with the use of department facilities. All other assigned duties.
Job Qualifications:
Exceptional Customer Service skills Dental/Medical Receptionist experience or education equivalent
Desired Qualifications:
Patterson Eagle Soft experience Dental insurance and terminology knowledge/experience 1+ Years Dental Office Exp. or Education equivalent
