We value creating a welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with people, communicates well, stays organized, and takes pride in providing excellent patient service. What We're Looking For A genuinely patient-oriented and compassionate personality Friendly, professional communication skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Dependability and a positive attitude Strong computer skills Previous dental or medical office experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients Answer phones and assist with scheduling Coordinate appointments and patient communications Help maintain an organized, welcoming front office Assist with general administrative and front-desk duties Provide a positive experience for our patients from the moment they arrive About Our Practice We are a small, privately owned family dental practice located in downtown Alger Heights.
