Key Responsibilities Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their stay Manage reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with efficiency and accuracy Respond to guest needs, requests, and feedback with care and urgency Provide personalized recommendations for local attractions and outdoor experiences Maintain a clean, organized, and aesthetically aligned front desk and lobby area Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous, informed manner Support night audit duties as needed Qualifications Prior hospitality or guest service experience preferred Strong communication skills and a naturally friendly, calm demeanor Comfort with technology and hotel reservation systems (training provided) Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays An eye for detail and appreciation for aesthetics and guest experience A love for the outdoors and local knowledge of Northern Michigan is a bonus
