Responsibilities Provide attentive pet care by feeding, watering, and monitoring animals throughout their stay Maintain cleanliness of kennels, cages, and common areas through regular sanitization and organization Handle animals safely using proper restraint techniques and animal handling skills Assist with pet boarding procedures, including intake, check-out, and record keeping Observe animal behavior closely to identify signs of stress or illness and report concerns promptly Assist with outdoor activities like walking dogs or supervising playtime to promote physical activity and mental stimulation Requirements Prior experience working with animals in veterinary clinics, pet sitting, or kennel environments is highly preferred Knowledge of animal behavior, handling techniques, and restraint methods preferred Ability to perform heavy lifting and team lifting when moving supplies or large animals safely Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with pet owners and team members Experience in pet grooming, dog training, or animal care is a plus Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks regularly Strong attention to cleanliness and sanitization standards for pet care facilities Join us in making a difference in the lives of pets and their families!
