Front Office Patient Coordinator Join Our Team! We are looking for a compassionate, energetic, and dependable individual to join our growing team at Pediatric Dentistry & Orthodontics of Jackson ! Our office provides care for patients of all ages, and we are committed to creating a fun, welcoming, and positive experience for every family who walks through our doors. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn. If you enjoy helping others, multitasking, and being part of a supportive team, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Answer and manage incoming phone calls Schedule patient appointments efficiently Verify insurance benefits and submit insurance claims Present treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements Follow up with patients regarding treatment and appointments Maintain accurate patient records Provide general front office support Assist with keeping the office clean, organized, and welcoming Help create an outstanding experience for every patient and family Qualifications Friendly, upbeat, and professional attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong organizational and multitasking abilities Detail-oriented with good problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Willingness to learn and grow within the practice Dental or medical office experience is preferred but not required. We are happy to train the right candidate with a great attitude and strong work ethic! Schedule Monday -
Thursday:
7:30 AM - 5:30 PM Some Fridays required
