Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and professional Receptionist/Front Office Associate to be one the welcoming faces of our medical practice. This vital role involves managing front desk operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring smooth administrative workflows. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, personable, and proficient in handling multiple tasks with a positive attitude. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a warm, efficient environment for patients, and team members alike. Responsibilities Strong front office and receptionist skills, including experience managing check-in/check-out and appointment schedules. Professional phone etiquette and ability to handle high call volumes with courtesy and accuracy. Customer service skills with a focus on creating a welcoming, respectful experience for all patients. Clear verbal and written communication skills for interacting with patients, providers, and staff. Basic computer proficiency, including scheduling software and electronic health records (EHR) or willingness to learn. Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records and handle confidential information securely. Organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks in a busy medical office setting. Prior experience in a medical or healthcare front office is preferred but not required. High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in medical office administration is a plus. Skills General computer literacy. Office experience including front desk duties, clerical work, and multi-line phone systems operation. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and strong phone reception capabilities. Strong organizational skills for filing, calendar management, and time management tasks. Pay:
$16.00 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 36.0 - 38.0 per week
