This is more than a receptionist role — we want someone who is flexible and willing to assist with front desk operations, patient flow, and occasional back office or clinic support tasks as needed. What You'll Do Front Desk Responsibilities Welcome and check in patients with warmth and professionalism Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently Verify patient information and assist with intake paperwork Collect payments and support the checkout process Coordinate with providers, medical assistants, and PT staff to maintain smooth patient flow Keep the reception area organized and professional Clinic / Back Office Support Assist with patient room preparation when needed Assist provider with procedures Help maintain clean and stocked treatment areas Support basic administrative and clinical workflow tasks Communicate effectively with clinical staff regarding scheduling, follow-ups, and patient needs Step in where needed to help the team succeed during busy periods What We're Looking For Required Qualities Positive attitude and high energy Proactive mindset — sees what needs to be done and takes initiative Fast learner who adapts quickly to new systems and processes Reliable and punctual Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and stay organized under pressure Team player who is willing to help beyond their primary role Looking for a long-term career opportunity , not just a temporary job Preferred Experience Previous medical front desk, receptionist, or healthcare office experience Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems Experience in pain management, orthopedics, physical therapy, or rehabilitation is a plus What Success Looks Like Patients feel welcomed, informed, and cared for from the moment they arrive Front desk operations run smoothly and efficiently Providers and clinical staff receive timely support The team can count on you to jump in wherever help is needed You continue learning and taking on new responsibilities as the practice grows Why Join Our Team?
