Job Description
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental office. This role is an important part of our patient experience, so we are looking for someone who is welcoming, professional, and comfortable communicating with patients both in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include greeting and checking in patients, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, confirming appointments, collecting patient information, verifying insurance, processing payments, and helping keep the front office running smoothly. The front desk team member will also communicate with the clinical team to help maintain an efficient daily schedule. The ideal candidate is positive, detail-oriented, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Dental office experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
