Treatment Coordinator/ Dental Receptionist Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Dental Treatment Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental team. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the first point of contact for patients, ensuring a welcoming experience while managing essential administrative and clinical coordination tasks. Your energetic approach will help streamline patient flow, facilitate accurate documentation, and support the delivery of exceptional dental care. This position offers an exciting opportunity to combine excellent customer service with clinical support in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment. What You'll Do Present comprehensive treatment plans with confidence and compassion. Educate patients on recommended treatment and financial options (knowledge of care credit, sunbit and cherry preferred). Build trust and increase treatment acceptance through exceptional communication. Coordinate care between team members. Work closely with doctors and the clinical team to ensure an outstanding patient experience. Help patients achieve their oral health goals while contributing to the success of the practice. Qualifications Minimum 2 years of dental office experience required. Proven success presenting treatment plans and increasing treatment acceptance. Strong understanding of dental procedures and insurance. Exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. Positive attitude with a patient-first mindset. Experience with Open Dental is a plus.

Requirements:
Education and Training 3+ years of dental business office experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Management or supervisory experience preferred. Knowledge of dental terminology. Knowledge of dental office procedures. Knowledge of accounting and administrative principles and procedures. Knowledge of dental practice management software preferred. Knowledge of MS Office.
Pay:
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour
