Dental Front Desk Receptionist Eversmile Dental - Livonia, MI Eversmile Dental is looking for a friendly, professional, and motivated Dental Front Desk Receptionist to join our growing dental practice. We are seeking someone who is organized, dependable, patient-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dental office. Position Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and provide an excellent patient experience. Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and schedule appointments. Confirm appointments and manage the daily schedule efficiently. Check patients in and out and maintain accurate patient information. Verify dental insurance benefits and assist with insurance-related questions. Collect patient payments, copays, deductibles, and balances. Present treatment plans and discuss financial options with patients. Assist with increasing treatment acceptance and practice collections. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Coordinate referrals, pre-authorizations, and insurance claims as needed. Communicate effectively with dentists, hygienists, assistants, and management. Follow Eversmile Dental policies, procedures, and front desk protocols. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area. Protect patient privacy and follow HIPAA requirements. Participate in required training, coaching, and staff meetings. Perform other front office duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous dental front desk or dental office experience preferred. Knowledge of dental insurance and dental terminology preferred. Experience with Open dental practice management software is a plus. Strong communication and customer service skills. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to multitask and work effectively in a busy environment. Reliable attendance and punctuality are required. Must be willing to learn, accept feedback, and participate in ongoing training. Ability to work cooperatively as part of a dental team.
