Job Description

We looking for an experienced, dedicated, personable and hardworking individual to join our front desk team. Compensation is based on experience level. we are privately owned
  • not corporate.
Our ideal candidate needs to be able to have a solid knowledge base regarding dental insurance, check-in and out skills, be a quick learner and able to present treatment plans with excellent customer service skills and present themselves in a professional manner. Knowledge of Eaglesoft is a plus. Our office treats our patients and staff like family. Job responsibilities will include (but are not limited to):
  • Confirming appointments
  • interaction with patients before and after appointments
  • answering the phone
  • presenting treatment plans and collecting co-pays
  • Follow up on no shows/ cancellation of appointments
  • Run recall reports and follow up on past due patients
  • experience in the dental field is
REQUIRED
  • Verify insurance, oversee billing, and monitor accounts receivable
  • manage scheduling for maximum efficiency and productivity
