What You'll Do:
Be the
First Impression:
Welcome patients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor. Your greeting sets the tone for their experience with us!
Master Scheduler:
Coordinate and schedule patient appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth operations and timely care. Stay in
Touch:
Reach out to patients to schedule or remind them of their appointments, providing top-notch communication and support.
Paperwork Pro:
Prepare necessary forms and keep paperwork organized, ensuring accuracy and completeness in every document.
Answer and Assist:
Handle incoming calls with ease—routing them appropriately, addressing inquiries, and providing valuable information.
Billing Guru:
Manage patient and insurance billings with precision, ensuring all transactions are processed accurately.
Coordinate and Communicate:
Refer inquiries to the right departments, facilitating seamless communication across our team.
What We're Looking For:
Exceptional interpersonal skills with a knack for making people feel welcome and valued. Strong organizational abilities with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in scheduling, customer service, or healthcare administration is a plus.

From $16.00 per hour
