Synergy Rehab, Inc is an out patient Physical Therapy clinic interested in continuing to provide high-quality care to our patients in a modern, state-of-the-art facility. We are looking for a friendly, professional, and compassionate individual who is able to work with our patients and staff. The position is for a Medical Receptionist/ PT tech who will greet patients, check in /out,Have experience in Insurance Verification, Authorizition assist in Billing activity, assist Physical Therapist in the gym and scribing on a daily basis. The ideal candidate will be friendly, outgoing, and patient. The Medical Receptionist should be able to answer any questions patients may have regarding their treatment and be able to provide assistance with scheduling when needed. The position also requires the ability to perform basic administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, etc.

Experience:

Minimum one year medical reception experience required.
