In this vital role, you will ensure smooth daily operations by managing patient appointments, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment that promotes efficient healthcare delivery and patient satisfaction. Duties Greet patients and visitors warmly, creating a positive first impression Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments using patient management software and Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems Answer incoming phone calls promptly, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff or department Verify patient insurance information and assist with health insurance documentation and billing procedures Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with health regulation policies and privacy laws Manage electronic health records (EHR) and ensure all documentation is complete, organized, and up-to-date Experience Prior experience working in a medical office or healthcare environment is highly preferred Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook for administrative support tasks Knowledge of health regulation policies related to patient confidentiality and data security Familiarity with patient management software and Electronic Medical Records (EMR/EHR) systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly via phone and in person Understanding of medical terminology to accurately interpret clinical information Experience managing health insurance processes and billing procedures is a plus Join us to make a difference in patients' lives through friendly service, precise administrative support, and a commitment to healthcare excellence!
Pay:
