This role is essential in providing exceptional patient service while ensuring accurate registration, documentation, and financial processing.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in person and by phone in a professional and courteous manner Collect and verify patient identification and insurance information Ensure all required documentation and signatures are completed accurately Update patient accounts and enter demographic and financial information into the system Collect copayments and deductibles; issue receipts and record payments accurately Balance daily upfront collections and prepare deposits as needed Notify clinical staff when patients are ready to be taken back Prepare patient charts for upcoming procedures Maintain office supplies, receive deliveries, and manage incoming mail Protect patient confidentiality and comply with all privacy regulations Follow all center policies and procedures and report discrepancies as needed Attend required education and training sessions Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:
