Lakes Dental Care is a busy, multi-doctor, multi-location dental practice looking to expand our administrative team. We are seeking a friendly, caring, and professional Scheduling Coordinator who is passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating a positive experience for every patient. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, as you'll be interacting with patients in a calm, reassuring, and professional manner. We are looking for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and enjoys supporting both patients and fellow team members. Comfort with technology and the ability to quickly learn new systems are also important.
