Job Duties Assemble, test, clean, and package watt-hour meters Sort and organize incoming materials Follow quality and safety procedures during production Maintain a clean and organized work area Work in a climate-controlled indoor environment Learn production processes through provided on-the-job training Perform other assigned duties as needed Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred unless otherwise specified. Additional education, certifications, or vocational training may be beneficial depending on the position. Experience Requirements Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately. Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Commitment to quality, safety, professionalism, and dependable attendance. Ability to learn new processes, procedures, equipment, or software as required. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in a related industry or similar position is preferred. Experience working in fast-paced, customer-focused, manufacturing, warehouse, administrative, or professional environments is beneficial depending on the assignment. Relevant certifications, technical training, or specialized skills are considered an asset.
