Please email resume and cover letter to be considered for an interview. We are a small specialty medical clinic and are looking for a friendly receptionist to answer phones, assist and check in patients, scheduling appointments and other misc. office tasks.
Work Schedule:
No nights, weekends or major holidays.
Monday:
9:30 a.m

Tuesday:
7:30 a.m
  • 4:30 p.
m.
Wednesday:
9:30 a.m
  • 6:30 p.
m.
Thursday:
7:30 a.m
  • 4:30 p.
m.
Friday:
7:30 a.m.
  • 12:30 (current schedule but will move to 7:30-4:30 in about a month)
Job Details:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Answering phones
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Greeting and checking-in patients
  • Reviewing/Verifying insurance benefits and financial information with patients
  • Entering paperwork into electronic medical record system
  • Collecting payments from patients at the time of service
  • Ensuring all paperwork is on file for every patient, file maintenance
  • General office duties: faxing, filing, copying
  • Providing patients with friendly and efficient experience
  • Assist in keeping track of hours for payroll
  • Other tasks as needed
Requirements:

  • We have sensitive patients so cannot wear perfume or have smell of smoke.
Previous experience in a medical office and basic understanding of insurance benefits would be a plus, but not required.
Compensation :
$17
  • $20 an hour based on experience
