Join our dynamic team as a Medical Receptionist, where you'll be the friendly face and supportive voice that creates a welcoming atmosphere for all patients, families, visitors, and staff! You'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth administrative operations across our site, all while keeping the energy positive and professional.
Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Optimize provider schedules and enhance patient satisfaction by expertly managing appointments and rescheduling with ease. Answer and transfer calls and voicemails with grace, while greeting patients, families, guests, and staff in a warm, customer-friendly manner. Review and collect the necessary forms and identification for patient appointments, making sure everything is in order for a seamless experience. Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, mail, and faxes, ensuring that nothing falls through the cracks. Assist patients with any telehealth appointment issues, providing support and solutions to ensure a smooth virtual experience. Ensure daily, weekly, and monthly reports are completed and addressed promptly, keeping our operations running like a well-oiled machine. What Makes You a
Great Fit:
Requires a high school diploma or equivalent (GED) 1-2 years' experience in healthcare support preferred Must have excellent customer services skills. Ability to processes charts and related documents with concrete variables in standardized situations and apply problem solving techniques to those situations that go beyond this scope Strong computer skills using Microsoft Office products including Outlook and Word. Ability to manage multiple projects Ability to maintain confidentiality is essential. Compensation for this role ranges from $18-23 per hour depending on education and experience.
