Job Description

Center for Pain Management is seeking a highly motivated and organized Medical Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service while assisting with administrative tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule appointments, confirm visits, and maintain the appointment calendar. Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide information regarding medical services. Verify patient information and update records in our electronic health system. Collect patient co-pays, fees or payments Verify insurance eligibility when necessary Prepare and maintain patient charts and documents. Coordinate with medical staff to ensure efficient workflow. Assist with general office duties such as filing, faxing, and managing supplies. Ensure patient confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a medical office or reception setting is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Schedule:
4 Days per week Monday - Friday No nights or weekends
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.00 - $24.00 per hour
