This energetic role is vital in providing exceptional patient service during weekend hours, ensuring smooth clinic operations, and supporting urgent dental care needs. Your enthusiasm and dedication will help patients feel comfortable and confident from the moment they walk through our doors. Duties Manage patient check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Schedule appointments for emergency dental services, coordinating with clinical staff to optimize clinic flow and reduce wait times. Review and update patient medical records with accurate documentation review, ensuring compliance with HIPAA and clinical confidentiality policies. Handle phone communications professionally, answering inquiries about services, appointment availability, and insurance questions with clear and courteous phone etiquette. Support all administrative functions. Qualifications Prior experience working in a dental clinic or medical office environment is highly preferred; clinic experience is a plus. Strong computer skills with proficiency. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively via phone and in person; bilingual abilities (English & Spanish) are advantageous. Ability to work weekends consistently while maintaining high energy levels and attention to detail in a fast-paced setting. Strong organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask efficiently under pressure.
