Agency's Mission :

Responsibilities Greet patients and visitors warmly both in-person and on the phone, ensuring a positive first impression while managing check-in and check-out procedures Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments using electronic health record, eClinical Works Complete registration process, including gathering and verifying patient demographics and insurance information at each visit Maintain and update patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring confidentiality and proper documentation Answer multi-line phone system with courteous phone etiquette, directing calls appropriately and taking detailed messages when necessary Collect co-pays and outstanding balances Collaborate with clinical staff and other team members to facilitiate smooth daily clinic operations and patient flow Qualifications High School Diploma or GED Prior experience in a medical office, customer service, or secretarial role is preferred Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus working with our diverse patient population

Pay:

$19.00 - $21.75 per hour
