Job Description
As an APT Front Office Receptionist
- You'll receive

- Answering phones, directing phone calls and taking messages Scheduling patient appointments Data entry of patient information Reviewing of patient paperwork, to ensure accuracy Collect co-pays, co-insurances and any other payments due from the patients Maintain a neat, clean and organized reception area Respond in a timely manner to email correspondence from coworkers and patients Maintain medical records and files and perform other assigned clinic duties, as needed What you'll need•Be able available to work Monday•Friday, 8 AM•5 PM.
