Job Description

Pascal Health Institute is a high-level, cash-based healthcare practice in Cary, NC. We provide care for local chiropractic, allergy, and wellness patients, as well as patients who travel from across the United States and internationally seeking help for complex and serious health conditions. Our approach emphasizes natural, non-pharmaceutical care and the body's inherent ability to heal when given the right environment and support. This is not a typical front desk position. This is a key role in a structured, fast-paced practice where professionalism, organization, and personal responsibility matter. The Role You will be the first and last impression of our practice.
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients warmly and professionally in person and on the phone Scheduling and managing appointments with precision Collecting payments at or before time of service ($40 to $4,500+) Entering charges and payments accurately Maintaining a zero-balance practice Communicating office policies clearly and respectfully Keeping the front desk organized and the day running smoothly What We're Looking For Strong communication skills and a professional presence Comfortable asking for and collecting payment Highly organized and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Warm, personable, and confident Reliable and accountable Appreciation for natural health principles and a willingness to support a non-pharmaceutical care model Prior front desk, customer service, hospitality, or medical office experience is a plus.
