Dental Front Desk Coordinator (
Bilingual:
English/Spanish) On behalf of our clients, a growing, patient-focused dental practices in Charlotte, NC, we are seeking a friendly, organized, and bilingual (English/Spanish) Dental Front Desk Coordinators to join their team. This role is essential in creating a welcoming environment and ensuring smooth daily operations at the front office. Key Responsibilities Greet and check in/check out patients with professionalism and warmth. Answer phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently. Verify insurance eligibility and assist with patient billing questions. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Coordinate treatment schedules and follow-up appointments. Communicate clearly with patients in both English and Spanish. Support the clinical team to ensure a smooth patient experience. Qualifications Minimum 1+ year of dental front desk or dental office experience required Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is essential to serve our diverse patient community effectively. Experience with Dental software is a plus.
