Full Job Description Position:

Medical Front Desk Receptionist Looking for immediate assistance regarding a Medical Receptionist temp need at our Midtown Charlotte practice. At minimum of 4 weeks contracts working Monday -Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM with rotating weekends and Epic experience, highly preferred. Answering calls and scheduling appointments in Epic which may require creating a medical identity if the patient is new Scheduling appointments in person or by telephone, send reminders and follow up on no-shows. Receive and convey messages electronically, in writing and verbally Schedule appointments according to office scheduling policies Interact effectively with staff and clients in order to maintain a professional working environment. Mark patients accordingly in Patient Tracking System Follow policy related to cashier functions Discuss & interpret patient balance information within the guidelines of the office's collection policy.

Requirements:

Maintain a cheerful, positive and respectful attitude. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Good telephone, computer, and typing skills. Experience in a medical setting preferred. Minimum 1 year experience as medical receptionist preferred. Bilingual High school graduate or equivalent.
