We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bilingual CMA or RMAto join our specialty office team. This position offers a dynamic work environment, where you will have the opportunity to float between our Clayton and Wilson locations, providing exceptional support to our healthcare providers and patients. Bilingual candidates are highly preferred to enhance our patient communication and care. This role is temp-to-perm and offers a stable Monday through Friday schedule from 8 AM to 5 PM.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to physicians and healthcare providers during examinations and procedures. Take and record patient medical histories, vital signs, and other relevant information with accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in patient education by preparing patients for their appointments and explaining treatment plans and procedures in both English and the secondary language. Maintain a clean and organized clinical environment by ensuring all equipment and instruments are sterilized and ready for use. Perform administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and processing insurance and billing information. Collaborate effectively with team members to enhance patient care and improve office efficiency. Handle patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service in both languages.
Qualifications:
Current CMA or RMA certification is required. Bilingual proficiency (English and another language) is highly preferred. Previous experience in a medical office setting is advantageous. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-centered approach. Ability to multitask and adapt to various responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Pay:
$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
