Job Description

Our state-of-the-art pediatric dental office is looking for a motivated team member to join our fantastic team. We are seeking a detail-oriented individual with excellent multitasking, customer service, and communication skills to answer phones, schedule appointments, and warmly greet patients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for verifying insurance, checking patients in and out, processing payments, and eventually overseeing all aspects of front desk administration. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both patients and team members are essential. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, and capable of solving problems efficiently. A candidate who demonstrates competence, initiative, and leadership potential will have the opportunity to grow into a leadership role. Salary is commensurate with education, experience, skills, and overall qualifications. Minimum of one year of dental front desk experience two years of medical administrative experience preferred.
