Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator - Join Our Patient-Focused Team! We're looking for a friendly, motivated Dental Treatment Plan Coordinator to join our growing team! As one of the first people our patients interact with, you'll play a key role in helping them feel welcomed, informed, and confident about their care. We are a small, privately owned practice that values collaboration, respect, and teamwork. Our dentist is committed to personal growth and actively supports continuing education and professional development for team members. What We're Looking For At least 1 year of dental front office experience Experience with Open Dental software (preferred) Bilingual English/Spanish (preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Positive attitude and patient-centered mindset Responsibilities Greet patients and answer phone calls with warmth and professionalism Review treatment plans and help patients understand procedures, insurance, and financial options Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-authorizations when needed Process billing, payments, and financing arrangements Maintain accurate and organized patient records Manage scheduling efficiently while accommodating patient needs Support a clean, timely, and welcoming environment for patients and team members We're a team that values respect, collaboration, and creating a positive experience for both patients and staff.
