Job Description We are seeking an organized, enthusiastic, and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team at Durham Women's Clinic. In this role you will be the first point of contact for our patients when they come into our practice. This position will play a vital role in creating a welcoming atmosphere, and is essential in supporting our mission to deliver high-quality healthcare. Responsibilities Greet and assist patients upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. First point of contact for check-in and check-out. Manage phone systems to handle incoming calls, schedule appointments, and address patient inquiries. Perform clerical duties including filing medical records and data entry. Manage provider waitlists and online appointment requests. Provide excellent customer service to enhance patient satisfaction and engagement. Assist with administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the clinic and administrative team. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Strong clerical skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping. Excellent organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Experience in a medical office setting is preferred. Familiarity with phone systems and EHR systems is preferred.
