Dino Kids Dental is a kid-friendly, dinosaur-themed pediatric dental practice designed to make going to the dentist fun and comfortable for children and their families. From the moment our little patients walk through the door, we want them—and their parents—to feel welcomed, cared for, and excited to be here. You'll help create a smooth, positive experience from check-in to check-out.

Responsibilities include:

Warmly greeting children and parents and creating a welcoming, kid-friendly experience Communicating with both English- and Spanish-speaking families Answering phone calls, emails, and patient messages in a timely and professional manner Scheduling and confirming patient appointments Checking patients in and out Collecting patient balances, coinsurance, and other payments Reviewing accounts and helping parents understand financial responsibilities Understanding and explaining basic dental insurance benefits and limitations Maintaining accurate patient information and documentation Following up with families regarding appointments, treatment needs, insurance information, and required documentation Helping maintain an organized and efficient schedule Working within Denticon practice-management software Communicating closely with our clinical team to keep the patient experience running smoothly Providing exceptional customer service to every child and family who walks through our doors Who We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who genuinely enjoys working with children and families and isn't afraid to bring a little personality and fun to the front desk! We'd love to meet you if you: Are bilingual in English and Spanish Have dental front-office or receptionist experience Have experience with Denticon or are comfortable learning new dental software Have a basic understanding of dental insurance, benefits, waiting periods, and limitations Are comfortable discussing patient accounts and financial responsibilities Have strong computer and typing skills Are organized and detail-oriented Can multitask in a busy pediatric environment Are comfortable problem-solving independently Have an outgoing, upbeat, and professional personality Communicate exceptionally well with parents and children Love setting goals and being part of a team that works together to achieve them Dental experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right bilingual candidate who has an exceptional attitude, strong customer-service skills, and a desire to learn.
