Strong computer skills and willingness to perform a variety of duties to support the front office and the nursing staff. Experience in cash management and receptionist work will be a plus. Proficient in office equipment including personal computers, copiers, phone systems, and fax machines. Morning hours
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Greet clients. Perform in-takes, enter client data into the internal system; PIMSY and/or Method One. Communicate with Clinical and Nursing staff regarding client information. Perform duties at the dosing desk and assist the medical staff as needed.
Perform medical screenings:
Screen for
COVID-19.
Complete ROI consents and record requests. Perform medication counts and call backs. Complete BACs, pregnancy tests, and EKGs. Collect vitals as needed . Determine if counselor requires a consultation prior to dosing. Verify insurance coverages for clients. Answer front office phone and transfer or return calls appropriately and enter their information into the computer. Perform clerical support functions including filing and scanning documents, and printing client paperwork. Assist medical and front office staff as needed . Responsible for locking and unlocking facility and OTP office, as appropriate. Other duties as assigned.
Pay:
$15.00 per hour
