We're looking for a compassionate, upbeat, professional, and experienced veterinary receptionist who's passionate about animal health and ready to make a difference in the life of our patients and clients. Our hospital is buzzing with life Monday-Friday from 7:30am-6pm and Saturdays from 8am-12pm, and our awesome reception team takes turns holding down the weekend fort. We'll need your amazing talents: At least two Saturdays a month with availability from 7:30am-12pm At least one Sunday a month from 5pm-6pm for a quick evening shift Full time positions are scheduled between 35-40 hours per week Part time positions are scheduled less than 35 hours a week If you're flexible, reliable, and don't mind sharing weekend duties with a fun, supportive crew, you'll fit right in! ✨

• As the first friendly face (or voice!) clients meet, you're the heartbeat of our front desk and the face of our hospital. You'll juggle calls, greet pets and their people, organize patient files, help keep our schedule running smoothly, and keep the positive vibes flowing—we try to turn even stressful moments into good experiences for our clients! Client & Patient Support Welcome clients like the VIPs they are Answer questions about routine care and common pet products Help guide clients toward great pet-care decisions Refill prescriptions (when authorized) Front Desk Superpowers Keep schedules running like a well-oiled machine Tackle multi-line phone calls with confidence Enter client and patient info accurately (Cornerstone pros, we love you!) Handle estimates, invoices, and payments with professionalism and kindness Hospital Hospitality Keep our front desk cheerful, calm, and organized Bond with clients and pets—you might be the best part of their day! Help turn curious callers into lifelong clients Team & Communication Work closely with our amazing staff Support a positive, respectful environment Stay cool-headed and friendly even when things get hectic Remember names—both human and furry (it's our superpower) Facility & Records Keep the front area tidy and welcoming Operate and troubleshoot basic office equipment Maintain organized, accurate records and files ✨

• High school diploma (or equivalent) Veterinary practice experience (preferably 1 year minimum work experience at an animal hospital) Strong customer service skills Ability to multi-task like a champ Basic computer knowledge + 30 wpm typing Comfort with Microsoft Word and Outlook Bonus points: Cornerstone experience! Willingness to lift up to 25 lbs and work around the less glamorous parts of pet care (odors, noises, the occasional mess, and very occasional nibble) ✨
