Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and motivated Front Office Lead to oversee daily front desk operations in our busy family medicine and urgent care practice. This individual will serve as the primary point of coordination for front office staff while maintaining excellent patient service and operational efficiency. This person should have the ability to help wherever is needed among administrative staff. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
