Dental Front Desk - Henderson location Full-time position
Starting Pay:
$17.00 No Weekends Dental office experience is preferred . Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus but not required. This position has the potential for on the job training to become a Dental Assistant if desired. Successful candidate must demonstrate the Rural Health Group Core Competencies, which include: Good Judgment Communication/Customer Service/Teamwork Passion Honesty Responsibility Job-Specific Skill Set - including knowledge, skills, and ability to fulfill the responsibilities of a Dental Receptionist. Requirements Experience (front and/or back) in a dental office. High school diploma or GED. Ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a potentially stressful environment. Ability to apply common sense understanding when carrying out detailed written or oral instructions. Ability to establish and maintain positive, effective, professional relationships with patients, providers, coworkers, and superiors. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to read, analyze and interpret complex documents. Ability to respond effectively to the most sensitive inquiries or complaints. Able to work independently; excellent teamwork skills. Possess knowledge of modern office equipment, Microsoft Office software programs, and ability to efficiently learn eCW.
Physical Demands:
Must be able to sit for long periods of time. CPR certification - training will be provided after hire if candidate is not already certified. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required. Applicants who may serve in a translating capacity will be required to take a language assessment. EOE. Federal and State Criminal Background Checks and Drug Screen required for all positions. Influenza vaccine is also a condition of employment.
