We are a team-oriented, family-owned, fun, patient-care focused well established dental practice seeking an experienced front office practice administrator to join our team. This is not your typical GP practice!
Daily Focus:
As our front office lead, you are the face and voice of our office. You will be the first person our patients speak to when they call our office, and you will be the one who continues to build on our solid patient relationships as well as welcoming in our new patients. You will also coordinate, integrate, and represent all facets of patient services from the first phone call through the patients next reservation in the future. A key responsibility will be to strategically scheduling the Doctor's schedule in a balanced, patient-centric way that supports ideal dentistry. We have two dynamic hygienists who co-diagnose with Doctor and are proficient at scheduling their patients next visit. As our practice administrator, you will represent our practice through a helpful, kind, and considerate approach to patient needs while using excellent verbal skills. In our practice, the number one responsibility of all team members is patient care and meeting our patients where they are with their ideal dentistry.
Requirements/Qualifications:
We are looking for a minimum of 5 years of front office dental experience for this dynamic and pivotal role. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. We are a paperless practice that uses Dentrix and Dental Intel. Your knowledge of both of these needs to be at a high experienced level and proficency with all practice software. Ideally, you will have been in a clinical role in the past and have the ability to bring that knowledge with the understanding and passion to working with patients and our Doctor for ideal patient care. This is a full time role. We all work Monday - Thursday. No Fridays or weekends. Company Offerings Paid Time Off, Holidays and Medical & Dental benefits.
