FRONT DESK OFFICE STAFF

Ankle and Foot Surgical and Podiatry Clinic is looking for full-time Front Desk Office Staff for our office in our Pinehurst, NC location to join our team.

• Work with both Ankle & Foot Surgeons
• Always greet patients with a smile, be helpful and polite
• Answer Phones/Return Messages
• Check patients in and out
• Schedule Follow-Up Appointments
• Confirm appointments for the next day
• Collect Copays and Co-ins payments
• Ensure proper forms are signed before checkout
• Closing out for the day
