The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk operations of our dental practice, ensuring a welcoming environment for patients while efficiently handling administrative tasks. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in multi tasking. Dental front office experience is required. Responsibilities Greet patients warmly and manage the check-in and check-out process. Schedule appointments and manage the dental office schedule effectively. Handle patient inquiries via phone and in-person with excellent phone etiquette. Verify insurance information and assist with insurance claims processing. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Requirements Previous experience as a dental receptionist or in a similar role within a dental office is preferred. Familiarity with dental terminology and procedures is highly desirable. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply to enhance patient communication. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle patient concerns professionally. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation review and record keeping.
