Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties Greet visitors, patients, and staff with professionalism and enthusiasm, ensuring a warm and welcoming environment Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, directing calls accurately and courteously using proper phone etiquette Manage appointment scheduling, data entry management, and coordinate patient treatment with clinical team Oversee insurance verifications accurately including benefits and frequencies. Prepare office for next day printing routing slips, verify insurance eligibility and noting co-pay for collection. Collection of payments using various methods and record in patient account Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, text messages, mail and packages with efficiency and accuracy Maintain organized work space, perform detailed data entry, and ensure all records are up-to-date using digital tools such as EagleSoft, Microsoft Office and other office management software Support office operations by managing supply inventories, proofreading documents and performing basic bookkeeping tasks to balance end of day Provide customer support by addressing inquiries professionally and assisting with clerical tasks such as copying, scanning and faxing Requirements Proven 2 years dental experience in administrative roles with strong clerical skills Excellent computer literacy including proficiency in EagleSoft Practice Management, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry skills Experience with multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette to handle high-volume calls effectively Bilingual Spanish/English abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse patients and visitors more effectively Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment Previous experience as a dental receptionist is advantageous but not required; familiarity with EasgleSoft software is a plus Personal assistant or office support experience that demonstrates reliability and professionalism Ability to manage time effectively while multitasking across various administrative duties Join us as a Front Desk Receptionist where your proactive approach will help foster a positive workplace atmosphere!
