This position may require travel to other Omaha locations occasionally in West Omaha (13500 California Street) and Council Bluffs location at 715 Harmony Street. Full-time (40 hours per week) Monday thru Friday 7:30am
  • 4:30pm, 7:45am
  • 4:45pm, 8am
  • 5pm In this role YOU will:
  • Check in patients upon arrival in the clinic.
  • Schedule future appointments.
  • Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations and referrals.
  • Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
  • Collect patient payment as needed.
  • Monitor and ensure patient(s) wait times.
  • Monitor and tidy employee break room areas for cleanliness.
  • Distribute clinic mail and packages.
Outstanding candidates will have:
  • Excellent customer service skills, a positive demeanor and a teamwork mindset.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to help patients navigate questions and concerns.
  • Willingness to learn. On-site training provided. Have experience? No problem we pay for experience.
  • Willingness to travel between different locations in the Omaha Metro area. (We pay mileage and travel time)
  • This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma/GED Offered Candidates will need to do the following before first day:
  • Successfully complete a background check which includes an education verification, a motor vehicle record check, and a credit check.
  • Successfully complete drug testing.
