Job Description
Medical Receptionist Midwest Eye Care

- 4:30pm, 7:45am
- 4:45pm, 8am
- 5pm In this role YOU will:
- Check in patients upon arrival in the clinic.
- Schedule future appointments.
- Verify insurance and obtain necessary authorizations and referrals.
- Verify and update patient demographic and insurance information.
- Collect patient payment as needed.
- Monitor and ensure patient(s) wait times.
- Monitor and tidy employee break room areas for cleanliness.
- Distribute clinic mail and packages.
Outstanding candidates will have:
- Excellent customer service skills, a positive demeanor and a teamwork mindset.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Ability to help patients navigate questions and concerns.
- Willingness to learn. On-site training provided. Have experience? No problem we pay for experience.
- Willingness to travel between different locations in the Omaha Metro area. (We pay mileage and travel time)
- This position requires a minimum of a high school diploma/GED Offered Candidates will need to do the following before first day:
- Successfully complete a background check which includes an education verification, a motor vehicle record check, and a credit check.
- Successfully complete drug testing.
