Family Practice Office Seeking a Receptionist/Front Office Specialist to Join Our Team! We are looking for a friendly, outgoing, and compassionate individual to join our front office team as a Receptionist/Front Office Specialist . The ideal candidate is professional, organized, dependable, and enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Responsibilities Include:
Welcoming patients and checking them in and out for appointments Entering and verifying insurance information Scheduling and coordinating patient appointments Processing patient payments Scanning and filing documents Answering incoming phone calls Taking and relaying patient messages Performing other general administrative and clerical duties as needed
